Text
For the purpose of furnishing water
and securing water rights for state lands, the state board of land commissioners is
authorized to enter into contracts with any person, corporation, or irrigation district,
providing for such irrigation, and to petition all such lands into irrigation districts at
the time of or after the formation of such districts.
