§ 36-3-124 — Duties of employees - fees
(1)The board shall prescribe the
duties of all its employees and shall collect the following fees: For filing each
application, one dollar; for filing each proof, one dollar; for issuing each patent, one
dollar; and for making certified copies of papers or records, the same fee as
provided for to be charged by the secretary of state for like services.
(2)A fee book shall be kept by the register, showing all fees received by him
from any source whatever. The money collected for fees shall be paid to the state
treasurer and credited to the fund created by virtue of this article.
