§ 36-3-105 — Record of proceedings of land board

The register of the board shall act as secretary, and it is his duty to keep a careful record of the transactions of the board in substantially bound books to be kept for that purpose and which shall be known as the record and proceedings of the state board of land commissioners under this article.
