Text
Underground storage of natural gas is
found and declared to be in the public interest because it will promote the
conservation of natural gas, make natural gas more readily available to the
domestic, commercial, and industrial consumers of this state, and permit the
building of natural gas reserves and orderly withdrawal thereof in periods of peak
demand.
