Text
The governor may
execute agreements with other member states for expiration date extensions or
other modifications of the terms of the interstate compact to conserve oil and gas.
The governor may further take all steps necessary to effect withdrawal of this state
from the compact upon his determination that withdrawal is in the best interests of
the state of Colorado.
