Text
Upon the filing of said petition, the petitioners
shall file a bond with sufficient sureties to be approved by the clerk of the court,
conditioned for the payment of all costs which may accrue up to and including the
filing of said copies of the decree. The court has power to apportion the costs
between the petitioners and the parties opposing the petition in case of contest.
