Text
(1)The discoverer of a lode,
within three months from the date of discovery, shall record his claim in the office
of the recorder of the county in which such lode is situated, by a location certificate,
which shall contain:
(a)The name of the lode;
(b)The name of the locator;
(c)The date of location;
(d)The number of feet in length claimed on each side of the center of the
discovery shaft;
(e)The general course of the lode as near as may be.
