§ 34-33-112 — Small operator assistance
(1)If the office finds that the
probable total annual production at all locations of any operator or parent company
will not exceed one hundred thousand tons, upon written request of the operator,
the office shall, to the extent that funding or services are appropriated or otherwise
provided for the express purposes of this section:
(a)Have performed by a qualified public or private laboratory designated by
the board the determination of probable hydrologic consequences required by
section 34-33-110 (2)(l) and the statement of test borings or core samplings
required by section 34-33-110 (2)(p);
(b)Provide additional necessary technical and administrative assistance to
the operator in the preparation of permit applications and revisions under this
article.
