§ 34-22-108 — Expiration of certificates
Any certificate of competency issued
pursuant to the provisions of this article shall become null and void if the certificate
holder fails to be actively employed in the coal mining industry for a period of five
years. This section shall not apply to federal coal mine inspectors.
