Text
(1)To effectuate the purpose of this
article, the governor may direct any department, division, board, bureau,
commission, or agency of the state, or any political subdivision thereof, to:
(a)Cooperate with and assist and advise the division and the board in the
performance of their duties and functions under this article and to provide such
other assistance and data as will enable the division and the board to properly carry
out their activities and effectuate the purposes of this article; and
(b)Coordinate with, seek advice from, or utilize as a resource the division and
the board in implementing programs that provide services specifically to state
veterans.
