Text

If any guardian fails to file with the court any account as required by this part 2, or by an order of the court, when any account is due or within thirty days after citation issues as provided by law, or fails to furnish the veterans administration a true copy of any account, petition, or pleading as required by this part 2, such failure may in the discretion of the court be a ground for his or her removal.
