Text
Sections of this code shall be
carefully explained to every person at the time of his or her enlistment,
appointment, transfer, or induction into or at the time of his or her order to duty in
or with any of the state military forces or within ninety days thereafter. A complete
text of this code and of the regulations prescribed by the governor thereunder shall
be made available to any member of the state military forces, upon his or her
request, for his or her personal examination. The requirements of this section are
binding on all persons administering this code, but failure to follow them shall not
divest a military court of jurisdiction.
