Text
(1)All fines imposed as a sentence of a
court-martial shall be paid at the time of approval of the sentence by the convening
authority.
(2)The commitment to the county jail for nonpayment of fines shall be in the
following or similar form:

To the Sheriff of County , State of Colorado.
WHEREAS, of in the County of , a member of the
Colorado National Guard, was on the day of , 20 , tried by court-martial
and found guilty of in violation of the Colorado Military Code and was
sentenced to pay a fine of Dollars; and
WHEREAS, such fine has not been paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, by authority of the State of Colorado, you are hereby
commanded to take the body of the said and commit it to the keeper of the
jail in
