Text
The
convening authority of a general court-martial or court of inquiry shall detail or
employ qualified court reporters, who shall record the proceedings of testimony
taken before that court or, in the alternative, may utilize sound recording
equipment. The convening authority of a special court-martial may detail or employ
qualified court reporters who shall record the proceedings of testimony taken
before that court. The convening authority of a military court may appoint
interpreters who shall interpret for the court.
