Text

Every person, whether a member of the military forces or not, who willfully destroys, damages, sells or disposes of, or buys or receives any arms, equipment, or accouterments issued by the United States or the state for the use of military forces or refuses to deliver or pay for the same upon lawful demand commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
