Text
Before a person shall be entitled to any
stay pursuant to this part 14, that person shall furnish to the court and to any other
affected parties a copy of the person's orders, together with a written statement
from the adjutant general of the state of Colorado, that the person has served
continuously on state orders for the period commencing with the date of the orders
through the date of the statement. The court or other affected parties may require
the person to furnish a recertification every thirty days thereafter, which shall be
furnished to the person by the adjutant general upon request.
