§ 28-3-1302 — Commander in chief - order for plan
The governor, as
commander in chief, shall order the adjutant general of the National Guard to
prepare, in cooperation with the Colorado bureau of investigation, a drug
interdiction and enforcement plan for submission to the secretary of defense of the
United States.
