Text
A ribbon, designated as the
state emergency service ribbon, shall be awarded to any member of the National
Guard of Colorado who is called to state duty in either an active or supportive role
for a period of at least one day during a crisis within the state of Colorado, during
which crisis the welfare of the residents of Colorado is in peril and where the
preservation or protection of public and private property is required.
