§ 27-91-106 — Violation - penalty

Colorado·Title 27 Behavioral·Art. Institutions - General Administrative Provisions
Any person who violates any of the provisions of section 27-91-105 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars.
