Text

(1)Each person licensed or otherwise authorized under this part 2 or other laws of this state to manufacture, purchase, distribute, dispense, administer, store, or otherwise handle controlled substances shall keep and maintain separate detailed and accurate records and inventories relating to controlled substances and retain the records and inventories for a period of two years after the respective dates of the transactions as shown on the records and inventories.
(2)The record of any controlled substance distributed, administered, dispensed, or otherwise used must show the date the controlled substance was distributed, administered, dispensed, used, or otherwise disposed of, the name and address of the person to whom or for whose use the controlled substance was distributed,
