§ 27-80-108 — Rules

Colorado·Title 27 Behavioral·Art. Alcohol and Substance Use -
(1)The state board of human services, created in section 26-1-107, has the power to promulgate rules governing the provisions of this article 80. The rules may include, but are not limited to:
(a)Requirements for the operation of a public program, including record keeping and data compilation;
(b)Conditions that may be imposed on a public program for the program to maintain grant eligibility;
(c)Requirements for public and private agencies, organizations, and institutions from which the behavioral health administration may purchase services pursuant to section 27-80-106 (1), which requirements must include prohibiting the purchase of services from entities that deny or prohibit access to medical services or substance use disorder treatment and services to persons who are par
