§ 27-67-107 — Dispute resolution - rules
(1)The BHA shall utilize, when
appropriate, established grievance and dispute resolution processes in order to
assure that parents have access to mental health services on behalf of their
children.
(2)The state board of human services shall promulgate rules to assure that a
grievance process is available to parents concerning the provision of mental health
services and to assure that a dispute resolution process is available for disputes
between the county departments and mental health agencies.
