Text
Any person receiving evaluation,
care, or treatment pursuant to this article 65 must be given the opportunity to
exercise the person's right to register and to vote in primary and general elections.
The agency or facility providing evaluation, care, or treatment shall assist the
person, upon the person's request, to obtain voter registration forms and mail
ballots and to comply with any other prerequisite for voting.
