§ 27-65-121 — Employment of persons in a facility - rules
The BHA shall adopt
rules governing the employment and compensation for the administration of care or
treatment to persons receiving care or treatment pursuant to this article 65. The
BHA shall establish standards for reasonable compensation for such employment.
