Text

The behavioral health licensing cash fund, referred to in this section as the fund, is created in the state treasury. The fund consists of money credited to the fund pursuant to section 27-50-504 (2). The money in the fund is subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly for the direct and indirect costs of the BHA in performing its duties pursuant to this part 5. At the end of any state fiscal year, all unexpended and unencumbered money in the fund remains in the fund and must not be credited or transferred to the general fund or any other fund.
