Text
On or after July 1, 2021, a person violating any provision
of this part 9, intentionally making a false statement or report to the department or
to an agency delegated by the department to make an investigation or inspection
pursuant to the provisions of this part 9, or violating a cease-and-desist order that is
not cured is guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a
fine of up to five hundred dollars, a sentence of up to ten days in jail, or both.
