Text
(1)A temporary care assistance program and a temporary
care provider are subject to any rule promulgated by the department that is
applicable to noncertified kinship care, defined in section 19-1-103; except that a
temporary care assistance program and a temporary care provider are not subject
to a rule that is inconsistent with this part 7.
(2)Except as provided in subsection (1) of this section, a temporary care
assistance program and a temporary caregiver are not subject to any rule
promulgated by the department for an activity performed pursuant to this part 7.
