Text
The state department and any county
department are authorized to award contracts for the administration,
implementation, or operation of any aspect of the works program to any
appropriate public, private, or nonprofit entity in accordance with applicable county
regulations, federal law, and the provisions of the state procurement code, articles
101 to 112 of title 24, C.R.S.
