Text
(1)In the event that two or more counties agree
to administer and implement the Colorado works program jointly, such counties
shall submit resolutions from their boards of county commissioners to the state
department that reflect their intention to administer and implement the Colorado
works program jointly.
(2)The state department shall make a determination to approve or deny the
resolutions and notify the counties within thirty days after the receipt of the
resolutions.
(3)The state department, in conjunction with the boards of county
commissioners of the affected counties, shall determine administrative,
programmatic, and reporting requirements in connection with the joint operation of
the works program by the counties.
