§ 26-2-715 — Performance contracts

(1)(a) Each county, either acting singly or with a group of counties, shall enter into an annual performance contract with the state department that shall identify the county's or group of counties' duties and responsibilities in implementing the works program. The performance contract must include but need not be limited to:
(I)Requirements and provisions that address the county's or group of counties' duty to administer and implement the works program using fair and objective criteria;
(II)Provisions that prohibit the county or group of counties from reducing the basic cash assistance grant administered pursuant to section 26-2-709 and monitored by the state department pursuant to section 26-2-711 and provisions that prohibit the county or group of counties from restricting
