Text
Nothing in this article shall be construed
to prevent the state department from complying with federal requirements for the
food stamp program expressly provided by federal statute and regulation in order
for the state of Colorado to qualify for federal funds under the federal Food Stamp
Act, as amended, and to maintain the food stamp program within the limits of
available appropriations.
