Text
No person shall be required, in order to
receive public assistance, to repay or promise to repay the state of Colorado any
money properly paid to him or her as public assistance pursuant to the provisions of
this article and the rules of the state department; except that the state may recoup
interim assistance authorized under section 26-2-206, concerning blind and
disabled individuals.
