(1)An
APA stipulated or temporary order of establishment or an APA stipulated order of
modification is effective upon filing with the clerk of court.
(2)An APA default order of establishment or an APA default order of
modification is effective upon approval by the court or by operation of law pursuant
to section 26-13.5-106 or 26-13.5-120.
