Text
The state department, pursuant
to rules and regulations, shall establish a program to provide necessary support
enforcement services. The state department shall establish a single and separate
agency within the department to administer or supervise the administration of such
program in accordance with Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act, as
amended, and this article.
