Text

(1)The state department is authorized to contract with any public or private entity for all or part of the operation or management of any veterans center in accordance with the Procurement Code, articles 101 to 112 of title 24, C.R.S., and with part 5 of article 50 of title 24, C.R.S.
(2)Any contract authorized pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall specify the entity's reporting relationship to the state and delineate responsibility for rate calculation, financial performance, liability, and compliance with section 20 of article X of the state constitution.
