Text
(1)A person must be considered for
admission to a veterans center if he or she meets the eligibility requirements
prescribed in state and federal regulations.
(2)After admission, a resident shall be subject to periodic review as to
financial status, need for continuing medical institutional care, and other eligibility
factors.
(3)A resident may be transferred or discharged for cause in accordance with
federal regulations.
