Text
The state department, acting for and on behalf of
the state, may receive and accept title to any grant or gift from any source,
including the federal government, and all grants, grants-in-aid, and gifts shall be
deposited with the state treasurer and shall be continuously available to the state
department to carry out the purposes of this article.
