Text
(1)In addition to any other duties specified in this part 1, the department, under the
supervision of the executive director, shall:
(a)Administer or supervise the establishment, extension, and strengthening
of the Colorado child care assistance program in cooperation with the federal
department of health and human services and other state or federal agencies;
(b)Provide services to county departments, including the organization and
supervision of county departments for the effective administration of CCCAP, as
set out in department rules as to program scope and content, including provision of
child care assistance and compilation of statistics and necessary information
relative to child care assistance;
(c)Prescribe forms necessary for applications, reports, affidavits, and
