As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Facility means an agency meeting the standards described in section
27-81-106 (1) and approved pursuant to section 27-81-106.
(2)Pilot program means the child care services and substance use disorder
treatment pilot program created in this part 3.
