Text

(1)The department, in partnership with the department of health care policy and financing and the behavioral health administration in the department of human services, shall explore funding sources to implement the program and the requirements of this part 10, including potential funding options through the children's basic health plan, set forth in article 8 of title 25.5, and the state medical assistance program, set forth in articles 4 to 6 of title 25.5.
(2)On or before January 1, 2026, the department shall report to the joint budget committee any identified funding sources for this part 10.
(3)The department may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources for the purposes of this part 10.
(4)The department is not obligated to impl
