§ 26-2-105 — Federal requirements
Nothing in this article shall be construed
to prevent the state department from complying with federal requirements for
public assistance programs expressly provided by law in order for the state of
Colorado to qualify for federal funds under the social security act and to maintain
said programs within the limits of available appropriations.
