(1)(a) (I) Commencing
January 1, 1997, in every judicial district the district attorney shall receive as
compensation for his or her services the sum of not less than sixty-seven thousand
dollars per annum.
(II)Effective January 1, 2009, in every judicial district the district attorney
shall receive as compensation for his or her services the sum of not less than one
hundred thousand dollars per annum.
(III)Effective January 1, 2010, in every judicial district the district attorney
shall receive as compensation for his or her services the sum of not less than one
hundred ten thousand dollars per annum.
(IV)Effective January 1, 2011, in every judicial district the district attorney
shall receive as compensation for his or her services the sum of not less than one
hundred twe
