Text
(1)The court shall hold a periodic review hearing
for each participating youth at least once every six months. A review hearing not
coinciding with a permanency hearing may be held on the court's administrative
docket by written report upon agreement of the parties. The review hearing and
permanency hearing must be held together in the same hearing when possible.
(2)The primary purpose of the review hearing is to ensure that the transition
program is providing the participating youth with the necessary services and
supports to help the participating youth move toward permanency and a successful
transition to adulthood.
(3)Prior to a periodic review held pursuant to this section, the county
department shall file a report with the court that includes:
