Text

(1)On request of a child who was placed for adoption or the child's adoptive parent, the child placement agency or the county department shall provide information about how to obtain adoption assistance and resources:
(a)To assist the child or parent to respond effectively to adjustment, behavioral health, and other challenges; and
(b)To help preserve the placement or adoption.
