Text
At the pretrial hearing and in further
proceedings, any party may be represented by counsel or a licensed legal
paraprofessional, but a licensed legal paraprofessional shall not engage in any
tasks or activities that are prohibited by the Colorado supreme court pursuant to
court rules.
