§ 19-3-215 — Foster care - capacity may be exceeded for sibling groups
The
state board of human services shall promulgate rules that allow foster care homes
to exceed capacity for the number of children and for square footage requirements
in order to accommodate the joint placement of sibling groups in a single foster
care home.
