Text
The department of human services may
establish and administer youth camps. Staff at youth camps shall provide care,
education, training, rehabilitation, and supervision for juveniles ten years of age or
older who have been committed to the custody of the department of human
services pursuant to section 19-2.5-1127 or 19-2.5-1103.
