Text
(1)There is established near Morrison,
Jefferson county, a training school known as the Mount View school under the
supervision and control of the department of human services.
(2)The school shall provide care, education, training, and rehabilitation for
juveniles ten years of age or older who have been committed to the custody of the
department of human services pursuant to section 19-2.5-1127 or 19-2.5-1103. In
addition, the school may provide care, education, training, and rehabilitation for any
juvenile who has been sentenced to the department of corrections and is being
housed in a facility operated by the department of human services pursuant to a
contract with the department of corrections pursuant to section 19-2.5-1502 (4).
