(1)On or
before July 1, 2027, the division of youth services shall publish a report concerning
available placements for juveniles who are awaiting mitigating services in the state.
The report must include, at a minimum:
(a)The number of available placements for juveniles who are awaiting
mitigating services, reported for the state as a whole and for each catchment area;
(b)The number of each type of available placement for juveniles who are
awaiting mitigating services, reported for the state as a whole and for each
catchment area;
(c)Findings concerning challenges experienced in placing juveniles in each
type of placement for juveniles who are awaiting mitigating services, including
information concerning costs associated with each type of available placement; and
(d)Find
