Text
(1)The state department shall compile any information
that relates to the implementation of this article 1.2 and is required pursuant to 45
CFR 1355.44 concerning the adoption and foster care analysis and reporting
system.
(2)(a) On or before July 1, 2027, and every odd-numbered year thereafter, the
judicial department shall provide the following information for the prior two-year
period to the state department:
(I)The number of Indian children involved in dependency and neglect
proceedings;
(II)The dates out-of-home placement were ordered for Indian children in
protective custody;
(III)The ratio of Indian children to non-Indian children in protective custody;
and
(IV)The number of cases that were transferred to a tribal court pursuant to
sections 19-1.2-118 and 19-1.2-
